What booking fee do we pay, and when is the balance due?

A booking fee of £250 is required to secure your wedding date, with the balance due one month before your wedding date.

Are travel expenses and all other costs included in your prices?

Our fee is fully inclusive of all costs, with the exception of weddings which take place more than 80 miles from SW20 - a travel and accommodation fee of £150 will apply to those.

Are you a full time photographer?
Yes, Rachel is a fulltime photographer with a studio in London

Are you insured?
Yes, we carry Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance.

Do you have backup equipment?
Rachel carries plenty of backup equipment to every wedding.

How long will it take for us to receive our photos?
Once you return from honeymoon, contact us to view your photos. If you're not going on honeymoon - about 2 to 3 weeks.

Do we need to provide you with a meal?
No, you don’t

What’s your style? Will we need to pose for lots of photographs?
The vast majority of the day is covered in a discreet documentary style where you won’t be aware of the camera. Most couples request some group photos, and these are done with the aim of finishing as quickly and effectively as possible.

Can you recommend a videographer?
Absolutely, we have three excellent videography companies that we recommend, all of whom work in a way similar to our own style.
